The first flavor was Mocha Licorice Delight. One batch, two gallons, made at home on a countertop ice cream maker. The neighbors tried it. Then they kept asking for more.
That’s the whole origin story. Encouragement from a few people who couldn’t stop coming back, and a feeling that homemade ice cream — the kind that tastes as good as it looks — deserved a real spot in the neighborhood.
Today Inlet Ice Cream lives at the Inlet Marina in Ponce Inlet, right next to the boats. The case rotates seasonal flavors alongside the regulars — classics like vanilla, chocolate, and butter pecan, plus inventive scoops like Salty Caramel Truffle, Playdough, and Superman. We do non-dairy oatmilk, no-sugar-added, and three Italian ices for the dairy-free crowd, too.
Stop in after a day on the water. Or before. Or both.
